Our Team

Alysa, our FBA Lead, is responsible for creating inbound shipments and removal orders on Amazon Marketplace. She also opens cases for lost items to provide reimbursements. She enjoys being a huge lake junkie, living at the lake on the weekends with her two dogs Bentley and Mya. She is an avid runner and lover of Notre Dame football! Fun fact: she has a loud horn for when they score a touchdown that can be heard throughout the campground. When she isn’t at the lake, she enjoys off-roading down south with her husband in the RZR.

Amanda, our eCommerce Campaign Specialist, is responsible for promoting The ROP Shop and our products through various eCommerce marketplaces and helps to manage our Amazon marketing campaigns. You might hear her called Amanda or Mandy, depending on the occasion. “Amanda” is her professional, business side, while “Mandy” is known for flying by the seat of her pants and jumping in the car to drive out west so she can hike and explore. (She especially loves going to national parks.) When Amanda's at home, you might find her working on her never-ending project of creating a forest in her backyard. She also loves to spend time with her amazing family, but while they rock, Jesus is her Rock and reigns above all!

Amber, our Inventory Control Specialist, does our weekly cycle counts & makes sure our inventory numbers are accurate. She also assists with multiple tasks within the Purchasing and Inventory department when needed. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys watching her girls play basketball and playing card or board games, and she is pretty much always down for chilling with a good movie.

Amber, one of our eCommerce Content Specialists, researches products to make sure our information is correct and helps to post listings on all of our online marketplaces. Amber describes herself as a Leo, ENTJ, and cat mom. In her spare time, she plays videogames (Minecraft and Skyrim are her favorites, along with puzzle games), watches YouTube, goes swimming, takes road trips, and writes short stories if the inspiration hits. She loves pirates and ships, and she dreams of one day owning a house on a lake.

Amy, one of our Shipping Associates, is a proud member of the shipping department and works every day to fulfill our customers' orders. Amy's workstation is known for being constantly littered with trinkets, snacks, and her jar of sunflower seeds. She orders door dash more than anyone in the office and is already thinking about her next meal, and she always knows what she wants to eat. She enjoys playing video games with her husband and kids, taking care of her farm animals, and spending time with her large family. She would put something else, but she doesn't really like talking about herself.

Andrew, our Shipping Lead, orders supplies, prints labels, and ships packages. He also makes sure packages in his department get out on a timely basis. His favorite things outside of work revolve around guns and the Dallas Cowboys. Andrew has such a deep connection with Tyler that he knows that Tyler truly loves Ohio State football, even though he claims to like Notre Dame. The odd thing about Andrew is that he doesn't usually eat lunch, but when he does, it consists of the various snacks left on the break room table. Also, he does a bang-up Rosa impression from the show "Family Guy."

Autumn, one of our eCommerce Content Specialists, helps to create, update, and maintain product listings for our various online marketplaces. When Autumn isn’t at work (or attending school), you can find her making art, playing videogames, and spending time with her son.

Brittany, our eCommerce Content Manager, oversees the department and helps us set ourselves apart from the competition with our product listings. She's been impressed with the work environment (although she has learned more about fantasy sports over the cubicle wall than she needed to!) and feels truly valued as an employee. Outside of work, Brittany is wrapping up her 20-year career as a homeschool mom to her five children and is looking forward to her first grandchild, who is arriving soon! She enjoys baking, being outside, spending time with friends & family, and, at the top of her list, her personal relationship with Jesus.

Connie, one of our Shipping Associates, focuses on packaging products for shipping and also pre-packing future items for shipping so that our delivery is always the fastest. When she isn't at the shop, she loves to be in the kitchen cooking and baking for her family. She loves reading, listening to podcasts, being in her garden, and canning veggies. Connie is the real MVP of our shop because she's got the hookup for all of our Frito-Lay chip needs. Plus, there is a rumor that she is sponsored by Rural King! At least, she buys a lot of their shirts anyway.

Eli, one of our eCommerce Content Specialists, works alongside the ecommerce crew. He responds to reviews, analyzes performance, and acts as a filter for any listing irregularities. At home, his chief position is punchable jungle gym for his niece and nephew. Beyond the hard-earned title of "favorite uncle," Eli has an enthusiasm for all kinds of stories served serious or farcical, be it between frames or pages.

Ethan, our Systems Administrator, is responsible for installing, upgrading, and replacing software and hardware for the business. He also works to ensure the security and privacy of our network and computer systems, manages the ticketing system, plans IT infrastructure improvements, and serves as a hands-on source of information for hardware and networking problems. (Whew!) When he’s not busy wrangling the IT systems and responding to our calls for computer help, Ethan enjoys weightlifting, boating, and learning more about technology.

Gayla, Part Owner along with Steve and Landon, oversees human resources and accounts payable for both The ROP Shop and Outdoor Concepts (OCI). When she isn't working on all of that, she also oversees the Muncie-OCI store. She says her very favorite times are when she is with her 6 grandkids.

Haylie, one of our FBA Associates, contributes to the team by filling and packaging orders to help get them into the hands of our Amazon customers. When it comes to her free time, she’s a big book worm, but also enjoys time with her family and friends. Haylie is also a big lover of animals, she has several cats, dogs, chickens, and even cows!

Ian, working as an FBA Associate, packages products for FBA (Amazon customers) and pulls products from the warehouse to be prepped for shipping via FBA. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, painting gaming figures, and spending time playing with his pet rats.

Jeremy, our Logistics Manager, oversees the shipping department, warehouse, returns, and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) orders to ensure we are efficient and productive in getting our product out. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 4 kids, playing with his dogs, mowing the lawn, and watching sports. Jeremy also has an extensive Hot Wheels and baseball card collection along with autographed jerseys, not to mention is a big Kentucky Wildcats fan...seriously, please don't mention it.

Jeremy, one of our FBA Associates, helps to serve our Amazon customers by pulling items from the warehouse and packaging them so that they can be shipped out. When he’s not working, he enjoys cheering for THE Ohio State, gaming, and playing various sports.

Joel, our Logistics Analyst, has been part of The ROP Shop family since the mid-2000s when he started in a part-time seasonal position. After college, he returned full-time. He keeps The ROP Shop on the cutting edge of the ecommerce world by handling shipping logistics, keeping track of marketplace metrics, item weights, supply inventory, and more. In his spare time, Joel enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing video games.

Jordan, our Customer Service Representative and Quality Control Specialist, works to serve our customers by answering their order, product, and fitment questions. Jordan also handles research and testing of products to ensure we’re offering the highest quality to our customers. When he’s not studying products at work, you may find him studying up on his history. As a history buff, he particularly enjoys ancient times. Growing up in Seattle, he’s a part of the Seahawks 12th Man fan base! But nothing tops his time with his kids.

Keegan, one of our eCommerce Content Leads, works in our Listing Department to create, update, and maintain our product listings. When Keegan isn’t at work, there’s a 99% chance that he is golfing. He also enjoys fishing, going to the lake, and hanging out with his family.

Kellie, our Returns Lead, checks in any returned items, disperses them to where they need to go, and issues a credit to our customers if warranted. When not taking care of The ROP Shop, Kellie can be found enjoying animals and nature. This includes camping and dirt track racing. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Kim, one of our FBA Associates, assists our team by filling orders for Amazon. She is also the brains behind training our FBA Employees. She enjoys how well the team works together and the freedom to make it a positive, fun work environment. When Kim isn’t at work, you can find her bike riding, walking, or planning her next beautiful vacation to Aruba.

Kristi, our Controller, oversees our financials and makes sure we stay on target. She works hard to ensure the integrity of our ERP system by making sure every order is properly accounted for. She is one of those weird people that loves to work out and finds aerobics class fun!

Landon, the Owner, General Manager, and Bearded One of The ROP Shop, runs the back end of the business, helping generate and drive all of the great employees. He oversees the top-notch team of management and helps advise them when called upon. He enjoys watching a good game with his friends and drinking a good bourbon, and he says that nothing beats a nice relaxing vacation with his family. He spends more time trying to make his beard look good than is really necessary (because it's great already). Landon says that Jason has the worst sense of direction he has ever seen. GPS on a road trip with that guy is a MUST!

Logan, as our Pricing Lead, he reviews pricing strategies and trends while monitoring our global competitiveness. As his family continues to grow at home, he realizes his wife, the kids, and the family dog's needs must come first. However, Logan's needs of golfing, attending concerts, and catching a football game are met from time to time. Logan also has a much older brother on staff at OCI: Conor Burns. Conor often states "how happy he is to have Logan on the team."

Luis, one of our eCommerce Content Specialists, researches products to ensure accurate information before they are listed. He also takes photos of the product and then lists the item to one of The ROP Shop's various online marketplaces. Luis is an aviation geek, loving all things related to airliners and jets. In his spare time, he plays QB in a local flag football league.

Michael, as our Pricing Associate, helps to make sure that our prices are always up to date and competitive. When he’s not crunching numbers dealing with price data, Michael likes to spend his free time playing basketball. He’s also really into watching soccer—in his words, “Diehard Chelsea fan, London is blue.”

Sarah, our Warehouse Resource Associate, puts up and brings down listings for the website, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. She also lends a hand wherever she is needed. Sarah likes to play video games, play her guitar, and hang out with her Bible study group. She also likes building PCs.

Shauna, our Accounting Manager, pays vendor bills, processes warranties, reconciles statements, and helps with inventory control. Shauna is well known for always being cold and will even have a heater on in the middle of summertime. Shauna can be found at the local coffee shop and Target every weekend. She enjoys her time outside the office by being with her husband (Jason F. - TRS service manager) and two boys, making memories.

Steve, one of the three Owners of The ROP Shop, is responsible for the landscaping portion of the parent company, Outdoor Concepts. He works to keep good lines of communication open while keeping the company focused on growth, the future, and sustainability. He loves spending time with his wife/best friend. Steve also loves working alongside his kids, and the grandchildren are GREAT! He has a passion for helping others and talking about Jesus.

TJ, our Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager, is in charge of purchasing and sourcing all of our products. He also heads up our inventory throughout the warehouse. In his personal time, TJ cultivates a passion for baseball and the Boston Red Sox. You can also find him enjoying music, travel, and time with his wife and kids or baking all varieties of delectable cookies for his team at The ROP Shop!

Troy, one of our FBA Associates, helps pull products from our warehouse for the team to put together and ship through Amazon. When he isn’t at work, Troy enjoys getting in some swings on the golf course and spending time with his family.

Tyler, our Marketing Manager, he makes sure our branding stays consistent and finds ways to promote our products. He also contributes his keen eye and creative skills to the team. His graphics have hugely influenced our company and brand, from logos and packaging to ads, social media, and more. In the evenings, Tyler enjoys hanging out with friends and family as well as playing sports and board games. He also likes watching his Steelers and Hoosiers!
